USA Network uses never.no’s Social TV advertising platform STORY-VR to bring live social content to Lexus-sponsored promos airing during the drama series ‘Suits’.
The latest season follows on from the success of last year’s socially-enhanced promos which resulted in a 22% increase in Lexus’ brand favorability.
Suits star Meghan Markle features in calls to action on TV, the USA website and social media, encouraging fans to share photos of what inspires them.
It’s the fans that drive the content for the ad spots by uploading their photos to Instagram using hashtag #SuitsInspiration. STORY-VR is used to gather the incoming social content, produce custom ad spots instantly and provide previews for the client to approve remotely. The final videos are then rendered within seconds and delivered directly to the on-air playout system.
In addition, the social content is displayed in a digital photo wall on USA Network’s SuitsInspiration microsite.
