never.no partners with CBC for #FallforCBC social campaign
To celebrate 22 years of the weekly Canadian television Comedy ‘This Hour Has 22 Minutes’, CBC ran a social campaign where fans could win a trip to Toronto.
From September 28th-November 23rd CBC hosted the social media contest to find the ultimate fan. Fans were asked to share a message or photo on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #FallforCBC to tell Canada what they love most about CBC’s new TV season.
Fans also had the chance to have their submissions featured on TV. Using STORY, never.no’s Social TV platform, the best content was moderated and sent on-air during primetime throughout CBC's fall season.
The winner received a VIP experience at the 22 Minutes event in Toronto including flights, accommodation and merchandise. The special red carpet event was a chance for lucky fans to get up close and personal with many of their favourite cast members.Footage courtesy of CBC.
