OnMedia Gesture Control Showcased at CVMP

by Ed Abis,  12-Dec-2017 15:27:52

The latest developments of OnMedia, a product developed from the Horizon 2020 project ‘Visual Media’ have been showcased at CVMP.

The European Conference on Visual Media Production held at the British Film Institute in London brought together production and post-production specialists to discuss and showcase the latest research, advances and state-of-the-art industry practices.

VisualMedia

never.no, leading provider of realtime audience engagement tools for the broadcast industry, is proud to bring their cloud-based moderation technology to the integrated, yet modular application. OnMedia’s out-of-the-box technology enables users to manage and moderate live social content from virtually every source, select an applicable template and preview a graphical visualisation of the content. The real-time 3D-graphics can then be easily published to any broadcaster’s workflow for direct on-air play out.

Event attendees got a first hand look at OnMedia's innovative Gestures Engine for in-studio real-time control of 2D/3D graphics in combination with AR, developed by the University of Surrey.
