Auto Dialogue SystemAuto Dialogue System (ADS) is a tool for rapid design, configuration, and deployment of services which connect and communicate one-to-one with an unlimited number of users or devices. ADS allows you to communicate with consumers on virtually any device or platform from Facebook to SMS. Additionally, the ADS Java-based plug-in architecture makes integration with other 3rd party systems a breeze. ADS can be used to create an extremely wide range of two-way communication based "dialogue" services, Facebook & Twitter harvesters, Companion App communications, opt-in databases, SMS marketing campaigns, and a lot more. The resulting data from these services is logged, documented, and can be fed seamlessly into 3rd party broadcast systems, CRM systems, CMSs, or other systems you wish to work with. |

Dynamic Content SchedulerThe Dynamic Content Scheduler (DCS) sits between the Interactivity Desk, control platforms and playout systems, to coordinate the variety of dynamic content, media assets and control commands. DCS provides interconnectivity to systems like the Interactivity Desk, CGs, automation, video servers, ad insertion etc. to enable seamless real-time workflows between various mission critical broadcast systems. DCS supports several proprietary and industry standard broadcast protocols like VDCP, GPIs and RS-422. Additionally it has native support for several leading graphic systems like Vizrt, Harris and Chyron. never.no has also worked with Hego Graphics on a new project in Finland this year. DCS enables true to end-to-end interactivity between the viewer and the broadcaster, no more copy/pasting things on air. |

Synchronized Companion App FrameworkThe Synchronized Companion App Framework (SCAF) is the latest feature of the Interactivity Suite. This new element allows broadcasters to easily develop distinctive, branded applications that push/pull information or media relevant to real time TV, to a second screen such as an iPad (or tablet), smartphone, or PC. SCAF works by listening to frame-by-frame changes in automation, graphics, ad, or timing systems within the broadcast programming or live production environment via DCS. These changes can be used to trigger delivery of relevant or interactive content to the second screen. Likewise, SCAF powered Synchronized Companion Apps can send viewer data and input back to the broadcast facility via ADS. As a result, tablets, smartphones, and PCs become perfect peripherals for Social TV, participation TV, and the ultimate two-screen experience. |
