Community TV

never.no’s Community TV platform is a set of web 2.0 applications and a back-end especially tailored for the complete broadcast integration of user submitted content.

From a regular web browser, the platform allows:

- Ingest of SD or HD content
- Editing of metadata, usage and licensing rights

How does it work?

Authorized participants are invited to upload their own broadcast-quality content directly through the uploading service. Once the content is online, moderators or the participants can edit and schedule according to pre-set rules. When complete, the material is prepared and broadcast according to the user’s speciﬁed schedule. In addition to being played on air, it is simultaneously circulated to the online community, where it can be viewed, rated, commented on, etc.
